The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale of the products offered by HDB Dog Shop® on its website at the following address: https://hdbdogshop.com/
HDB Dog Shop® is a company whose head office is located Rua da azenha 19 – 2510 508 Olho Marinho – Portugal and is recorded NIPC: 514 133 074 – intra-community VAT PT 514133074
These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between HDB Dog Shop® and the customer, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
HDB Dog Shop® aims to offer its own products for sale within the limits of available stocks. These products are those listed for sale on the day of consultation by the user. When the product is unavailable, a notification is displayed on the site, otherwise, in the event of an error, HDB Dog Shop® undertakes to notify the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product has already been paid for, HDB Dog Shop® undertakes to reimburse the customer for the price of the item. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, HDB Dog Shop® cannot be held liable. The photographs and texts illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field.
The prices are indicated in Euro including VAT. They take into account the French VAT, applicable on the day of the order. If the VAT rate were to change, these changes would be reflected in the price of the items. HDB Dog Shop® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these prices could not be modified once the order has been validated. The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs which will be added to the total of the order and will be specified to the customer during the final validation of his order. Delivery in Metropolitan France is made within an average of 4 to 8 days from receipt of the order by HDB Dog Shop®, notwithstanding any fortuitous event or force majeure which would delay delivery beyond the control and diligence from HDB Dog Shop®. Its amount depends on the country of delivery. The products remain the property of HDB Dog Shop® until full payment of the price.
– REGISTRATION OF AN ORDER
The customer who places an order directly on the site hdbdogshop.com must follow the following procedure: the customer will choose the different products in which he is interested and will successively click on the link "Add to my basket". At any time, he will have the possibility: either to obtain a summary of the selected products by clicking on the “My basket” link, or to continue his purchases. The customer will complete his order by clicking on “Payment” in order to validate it correctly. It will then specify the chosen delivery method depending on the country. The order can only be registered on the site if the customer has clearly identified himself by entering his e-mail address and his password which are strictly personal to him. Once the user has been identified, he will have to validate the delivery address then an order form will appear summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the products selected by the user, as well as the method of payment chosen, the contact details of the user and the delivery address of the package. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
- CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
The order is validated once all the fields have been completed by the customer. The order is final when the customer clicks on “Validate”. Payments are made only by Stripe or Paypal. HDB Dog Shop® will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by email.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
The amount owed by the customer is the amount indicated during the order confirmation from HDB Dog Shop®. In order to ensure the security of payments, the site uses the secure payment services Stripe and Paypal. Payment will be made online on the site by credit card (Blue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via the secure site. In any case, HDB Dog Shop® reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, in the event of total or partial non-payment of an order, in the event of payment by card bank refused or for reasons other than HDB Dog Shop® reserves the right to explain to its client. The responsibility of HDB Dog Shop® can then in no case be engaged in this respect. When the order is validated, the payment request is routed in real time to the secure remote payment manager. The online payment manager issues an electronic certificate.
HDB Dog Shop® products, except products sold on promotion or personalized, can be exchanged or refunded. The exchange or refund must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt or withdrawal and the return of the item(s) within this period must imperatively be accompanied by the HDB Dog Shop® invoice as well as the item in its original packaging to the following address:

It is essential that the customer makes a return request by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to obtain a return authorization. The seller will refuse any damaged item that has not been the subject of comments or express reservations by the customer upon delivery. To be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition without having been worn. Only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns of worn items, as well as damaged packaging will be refused. HDB Dog Shop® thus reserves the right to accept or refuse the returned item depending on its quality. All items are subject to a contractual guarantee, which does not preclude the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The user benefits for the articles from a guarantee allowing him to return the defective articles delivered in accordance with articles L 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code.
The articles of the site are not exchangeable.
Refunds will only be considered if there is a problem with the products delivered. . Items sold on promotion or on sale are neither taken back nor exchanged. was purchased on the site. HDB Dog Shop® reserves the right to judge a product as defective via the customer's explanations. The product will be considered defective at the discretion of HDB Dog Shop®. HDB Dog Shop® undertakes to reimburse within a maximum period of 30 days by credit card or check according to the customer's wishes.

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent postage due.
Please note: you will be credited with the amount of your order, minus the initial delivery costs. However, the customer must return the item as it is in its original packaging. The package must be returned with the authorization of HDB Dog Shop®.
Loss or theft
An order not received may be refunded if the loss is reported within a maximum of one month.
All our models have a 30 day warranty from the invoice date. The warranty begins on the date of receipt of the order.
Only the established purchase invoice is valid as proof of warranty.
The defective product must be sent to the following address: azenha 19 – 2510 508 Olho Marinho – Portugal. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Any product under warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge upon presentation of the invoice. However, if the customer carries out the repair himself and the product is damaged, the customer will have to pay repair costs.
If the product does not present an invoice or if the warranty period has expired, the repair will be invoiced to the customer.
If the product is under warranty, it must be accompanied by the invoice less than 30 days old.
For more security, we advise you to opt for a tracked shipment.

HDB Dog Shop® cannot be held responsible in the event of loss by La Poste.
All elements of the HDB Dog Shop® site such as products, visuals, including the underlying technology, are protected and any fraudulent use will be prosecuted. They are the exclusive property of HDB Dog Shop®. The user who has a website for personal use and who wishes to place on his site, for personal use, a simple link directly to the HDB Dog Shop® site, must first seek the authorization of HDB Dog Shop. ®. SIGNATURE AND PROOF
In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will be worth proof of the entirety of the said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be worth due for payment of the sums committed by the entry of the items listed on the order form. This validation is worth signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site. DISPUTES / APPLICABLE LAW
The language of these general conditions of sale is French. This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute with a customer, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
These general conditions of sale and the order summary sent to the customer form a contractual whole and constitute the entirety of the contractual relations between the parties.
The products are shipped with their supporting invoice to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
The delivery times indicated are indicative times from the day following that of the validation by the customer of his order and correspond to the processing and delivery times of the products. Under no circumstances can they be enforceable, but in the event of an unusual delay, an email will be sent to you. HDB Dog Shop® declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery time due to the postal services or the means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of the products ordered or in the event of strikes. The risks of transport are borne by the customer who must formulate a reasoned protest with the postal services or with the carrier, within three working days from the date of delivery.
Despite all the care taken by HDB Dog Shop® in the preparation of packages, it is possible that a product is missing. Similarly, after transporting the package, one of the products may prove to be defective. This is why, upon receipt of his order, the customer will make sure to check the conformity of the products received. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package) must imperatively be notified on the day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following receipt, to HDB Dog Shop® customer service by registered mail addressed to:

Any claim made after this time will be rejected and HDB Dog Shop® will be released from all liability. HDB Dog Shop® reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product. If the aforementioned conditions are met, HDB Dog Shop® will then refund the defective product(s), or reship the missing product (subject to the merits of the Buyer's request).
DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES
The times indicated are the indicative delivery times of our carriers in working days. All prices are in euros.
In case of absence, the postman leaves you a delivery notice indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your package (place and time). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days. You can follow the progress of your parcel on the website www.laposte.fr/csuivi. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracked order after 10 days and no delivery notice has been left for you, remember to check the status of your package on the La Poste website.
We ask that you do not receive a damaged package (cardboard with visible traces of opening and/or deterioration): it must be refused. Indeed, the packages leaving the HDB Dog Shop® warehouses are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in the same condition. If a damaged package has been left in your mailbox or your caretaker has received it, the package is considered "accepted as is". If no reservation has been made, we will not be able to take into account any disappearances, nor to proceed with compensation.
